The first day of the programme will consist of a general information day, mainly for new partners in EGEE-II. New partners will be introduced to the project, contract, tools used, reporting, and general information to ensure they are well informed and at ease with the procedures in the project. The afternoon will be dedicated to introducing nominated activity representatives to the procedures for deliverables and reports in EGEE-II, and this session is also open to anyone interested in these procedures.

The second day will introduce the different activities, and all activity leaders will give a presentation on where their activities are heading and what the major tasks are for the coming year.

All coffee breaks will be provided by the Project Office, and lunches will be at individuals' expense. The project office also welcomes you to attend a welcome aperitif on the Wednesday evening April 12th.

General logistics: Registration will open on Tuesday 28th of February, with a limited number of places. Please make sure to book hotel rooms well in advance as it is often difficult to get accommodation in Geneva.
