Dear Partners,

We are in the process of editing the GAP deliverable requested by the EU. The deadline for sending the document is July 10 and we would like to include the following information.

Following our request to all of you to inform us whether your institute has a gender policy or not, we have received 18 positive answers with a copy of the GAP, 14 negative  answers. 38 institutes did not reply at all (see http://egee-intranet.web.cern.ch/egee-intranet/NA1/PartnersGaps.htm for details).

We have summarized the various local/national policies and have prepared a Statement of Intent. We would like to recommend the partners who have not yet a gender policy or have not reply to our request to subscribe this Statement of Intent by sending me an e-mail including the following text.
