to register: |
The
Second EGEE Review is a closed event, which requires
the attendance of the Project Management Board (PMB),
the Project Execution Board (PEB) and the Project Office
(PO).
The
partners can be represented by their federations with
the PMB.
The venue has limited space availability (160 people)
and other members of the project are encouraged to attend
the Dress rehearsal. This rehearsal will also be
streamed online. |
In accordance
with Article II.29 of the contract, the 2nd Review meeting
of the EGEE project will be held
in Geneva from 6 to 7 December 2005.
The objectives of the review are, in particular, to establish:
• the degree of fulfilment of the project work plan
for the period
• the degree of fulfilment of the deliverables as
described in Annex I
• the degree of achievement of the project objectives
as described in Annex I
• the proposed planning for the next period
• the plan for using and disseminating the knowledge
• the management aspects of the project
• the necessity of the resources that the contractors
have employed
• whether costs incurred by the project are economic
and necessary for its implementation
• the likelihood of the project achieving the results,
objectives and overall impact originally foreseen, taking
into account ongoing technological advances in the field,
changing market needs & trends and continued relevance
of project to Programme objectives.
The Commission will be assisted by the following independent
experts: Dr. Phil Andrews, Dr Karsten M. Decker, Dr.Satoshi
Matsuoka,
Dr. Jean-Pierre Prost, Dr Leandros Tassiulas.
